Yesterday I sent the following compliment to Brett's boss since I was so happy with Brett: I am a fairly new MLO & I wanted to take a moment to file a compliment for Mr. Brett Jewell as I feel that he has gone above and beyond the norm. He has been absolutely professional, helpful, and proactive in the short time we've worked together. I can tell you that no other AE from any other lender has gone to the lengths that he has to help me understand their company and the tools at my disposal. He has made himself available for any help that I may need. He has set up recurring training so I can get up to speed as quickly as possible. He went above and beyond just today to remind me that new classes dropped that I could sign up for as I have tried in the past, but was met with a wait list. When we lost Ben as our Account Executive I was very upset I thought he was a Great Account Executive and he is... don't get me wrong, BUT when I started working with Brett Jewel I told him upfront I loved Ben and i was upset. Bless his heart I was sending only a few loans to you guys until I realized what a GREAT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE he really is even better than Ben. I have never had an account Executive work so hard to build MY BUSINESS. I get a call from him at least once a day saying what can I do to help you..... It is GREAT and now UWM is back to being my FAVORITE Lender I deal with and I am very HAPPY with the service I get from the entire Company. I have been in this business for 26 years and was at a point of BURNOUT again but Brett has made this a great experience again and I look forward to the future of working with UWM and how amazing your entire company is to work with.
