Steve really went to bat for us today on a tax holdback situation on one of our files. UWM's policy does not conform to Oregon's unique property tax holdback situation, and he kept escalating the issue on our behalf in order to close our file on time. We are grateful that he really dug in to understand the issue and we appreciate how much time he took to make this right!
