Beau, my AE, and UWM underwriters always do an outstanding job. Beau takes calls and gets correct answers to help structure complicated scenarios. Got this application 10 days ago and CTC. It was stuck at a different lender for many weeks before client reached out. Got her info, spoke with Beau and UWM scenario desk, submitted, cleared and still hit her original closing day. Gained a client for life.

At UWM, there is so much available to help us lenders and Beau has really shown us how to get the best use out of it all. Because of him we use BLINK+ for all of our online applications, really found a great space for our VA clients and more with the Conquest program and, with his guidance of our LOs and processors, are getting approvals and CTC's in a matter of few days on a regular basis. I came from the banking world to the broker world 4 years ago. That first year was BRUTAL for me--and that's an understatement! I didn't think the transition would be hard, but it was. I thought I knew mortgages, but in all honesty, I didn't! In order to be a successful Loan Originator in a broker world, you have to be knowledgeable, efficient, proactive, unique, and resourceful. I felt like a fish out of water. Beau was one of the first Account Executives I was introduced to and from that moment, my life changed for the better! Beau took me under his wing and gave me "best practices" he observed from his other accounts, he was always the first to update me on products/pricing, market changes, updates, tips, advice, and best practices. We're a broker that works with over 30+ lenders and I have to say that Beau is the BEST rep that we work with. He is very responsive and always answers our questions even though I know he's super busy. He goes above and beyond to help get our files through. Recently, he gave me a heads up to lock the loans in December because a promotion was ending and I'm so glad he did. He'll make great videos to walk us through using UWM's great system. Side note: UWM is by far the fastest lender and has the best system. For example, we can generate our own LE, CD, and send invite to escrow for docs instead of waiting 2-3 days with other lenders. They also table fund so don't have to wait for funding conditions. But back to Beau, he's also super knowledgeable and always gets us detailed answers on out of the box scenarios so we can advise our agents and buyers. When there are urgent matters, he's helped me late and on weekends, even though he's 3 hours ahead on EST. He has a great personality and I love ... his humor too because our jobs can be stressful.
