I can count on one hand the number of reviews I have written, so please understand I take them very serious because my opinion may impact those who read the review and therefore the words must ring true. Brad is an excellent account executive, he knows the UWM process and his knowledge allows him to communicate realistic resolutions that as a loan office I can rely on and relay to by clients. As a broker many times we are in the middle and if the AE tells us what we want to hear and not the facts, we then mislead our clients, realtor, or other concerned parties, which makes us look incompetent. Brad not only knows the UWM process, but he understands their loan platform, technology, and products. As loan officers when we call or email we need answers because we have a question or issue that needs a resolution now and many times it is the one with the first correct response that "gets the deal". Brad has always been prompt in his responses. He has gone above and beyond in helping me, ... on many occasion he has answered me after hours or on days when he has been off from work.
