I can't even begin to explain how wonderful of an AE and person that Austin is! He goes above and beyond to help me get what I need done for my loans. He recently went to bat for me when something sudden arose on a loan. Out of all of the AE's that I work with Austin is by far my favorite. He is the REAL DEAL!! I don't know if 2000 characters is enough to describe how truly amazing Austin is, but I'll do my best to be brief. I've had the pleasure of working with Austin for 6+ months at this point, and I can say without a doubt, he's the best AE I've ever had (out of 20+). It's rare to find someone that truly cares and has a genuine desires to see his LOs succeed. My most recent Austin brag has got to be the fact that he got my first loan of the year CTC in just 5 business days, literally faster than cash, and we utilized a buy-down product. To be sure I'm not the only LO who was a bit perplexed by the rules surrounding the buy-down programs. At a glance, they're quite simple, but when you get into the details, there are in fact many layers of intricacies. Unlike other LOs I've had in the past, Austin took 40 minutes of his precious time and went over all the guidelines with me on the phone. Specifically breaking down the differences between the borrower/lender paying for the buy-down, ... vs the seller paying using concessions. That distinction made all the difference. Once I realized the excess seller concessions could be applied to the borrower's principal, the product as a whole made much more sense. As a result, the interest rate for year one will be a 3.99%, and if the borrower refinances before the full two years, that extra money doesn't go to waste. Now that I understand this product, selling it has become much easier, which in turn is leading to more loans for me and ADRMortgage as a whole. Anyone would be lucky to have Austin as an AE, no one else has his work ethic. more
