Jensen Vamplew is an amazing AE and has been a tremendous support to me and ultimately, my borrowers! She's always ready to help with great ideas and knowledge! This week I had a purchase loan set to withdraw due to cold feet over the payment and cash investment. Jensen worked with me to add a $600 appraisal credit with LOPP points and a temporary rate buydown with seller concession. This made the borrower much more comfortable with the loan and she opted to move forward. Jensen also treated us like rock stars when we visited for UWM Live and she responds enthusiastically every time I reach out. Jenson does a great job of communicating and representing UWM's stengths as a wholesale lender--broker first, speed, efficiency, technology, marketing assistance, great loan pricing--and speed again. With industry closing timelines on purchase averaging 49 days and refinance at 59 days the ability to close loans in 14 days or less is priceless!! A broker who doesn't utilize what UWM has to offer is either inexperienced or just not very smart.
