He is always available, and returns phone calls and emails almost immediately when we reach out to him. ... Underwriting turn times are above industry standard, and we were blown away when they called after making a loan decision, and discussed the conditions, to make sure they answered our questions. The ease of the UClose was surprisingly easy, and the closing dept did an awesome job getting my HUD approved and the wire out. You guys are making the complicated loan process so much easier. I just wanted to say I closed my First loan with UWM. My rep is Danny Marogy. He is the best Rep I have worked with. I am a huge advocate of Follow up and getting the correct answers. Speed and accuracy are extremely important. He walked me through the system and how it works (Most reps and companies ... don't have the time or want you to read a bunch of pdf's to try and figure it out). Your system is slightly different than most other companies. I think it will take a little longer to figure out but with the right help in the long run it will make it so less calls are made to the company. Building a company from the foundation up is important to me. I appreciate the detail and thought about color coding and process points on the website. Small things, but make it more efficient and user friendly. Danny knows the UWM website, process and flow. He stayed on top of the loan which I don't get almost at all. Again I want to thank the people involved so far and look forward to gaining more trust in our journey. more
