As an industry leader and member of the 2024 Broker Advisory Council, I wanted to send you a quick kudo regarding Darryl Taylor, our Account Executive. He is more of a COO for Integrity Home Lending and I value his partnership, reliability, and business acumen. He made himself available at 11pm tonight to assist me with a $715k home here in Dallas, Texas that was set to close Friday. We couldn't release the CD today to start the 72 hour RESPA and hit a High Cost Fail. I was having trouble with EASE and Darryl made himself available to me to help locate how much we were failing by, to submit a CoC to get the file passing and Cash to Close reduced; so, I can impress my new luxury builder partner relationship and maintain the referral business.
