Aldo is by far one of the best AEs. He truly goes above and beyond for his accounts. He always shares creative ideas on how to get more business. This was my question: "This is a purchase in Florida, a wet state. The Buyer lives in Virginia and will be signed by a notary in Virginia. When can it fund? Do the docs have to be back to title before it can fund?" Aldo gets back to me in 7 minutes at 8:31pm EST
