Alvons has been instrumental in my business in every way possible. He is ALWAYS professional and informative. It was Alvons who first suggested I come out to the UWM campus to take the 4 day MLO class. This changed everything! By traveling to Michigan and becoming familiarized with the UWM family, I now feel like family. I embrace the process, utilizing tools that Alvons taught me from our extensive phone conversations over the past few months. I utilize CD an Initial Underwrite, which benefits the client in regards to appraisal reimbursement and loan processing speed, I also utilize the Ultimate Submission, which helps build my points, which allows me to present closing gifts to clients. I just processed my first loan and between Alvons, Stephanie Scally, Stefanie Wirth, Katarina, and Joe in closing, I learned a plethora of knowledge that would not have otherwise been learned. These tools are in place to truly benefit the client and UWM is a company that lives up to this. I have recommenced that anyone who works with UWM visit the campus as I did so that they can take their business to the next level.
