Write A ReviewI am blown away by UWM. The entire team is just above par and blows the competition away. What competition? From my amazing account rep Jennifer Bettinger who is always there to help, assist, answer my 100 questions and walk me through what I need. She never makes me feel like I’m a bother. She has been a real diamond, professional and kind. She’s made me ONLY want to use UWM because I have a true partner with her that is committed to my business. She’s a go get her and always goes above and beyond to assist me with whatever I need help with. Both processors Alyssa Carter and Travis Mainer were fast and quick to respond, effective and extremely communicative. Travis was extremely helpful to me and understood my sense of urgency. My file was his file and that means a lot to a mortgage broker. Mikalan Robinson was easy like summer breeze. Very efficient and yet collective. She had this fully under control. I’ve been in this business for 26 years and this is by far the best experience ... I’ve ever had with a lender. I’m not the only one impressed but both realtors and even the escrow officer said that when she sees it’s a UWM loan she happy and confident. She’s been working with UWM loans for 10 years and they are her favorite to work with! 5 stars all around and well done. The systems and flows you have in place are the best in the industry and can’t forget to mention how easy it is to work in ease! Thank you, thank you, thank you! If I could give Jennifer 10 starts I would. She goes above and beyond each time I reach out to her for help and is extremely knowledgable. A true ROCK STAR at UWM!!!
I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am to have Jennifer Bettinger as my Account Executive! I had an IT issue that needed to be resolved on the day of closing that no one had dealt with prior. Jennifer worked tirelessly to make sure she was in communication with Zena Saco and Andrew Josefosky to rectify the situation. They were able to get IT issue resolved the day of closing. Jennifer kept me update throughout the day so I could give updates to the borrowers. I am so thankful for Jennifer who truly cares about me and my borrowers. I truly appreciate Jennifer's problem-solving abilities, communication with team members and support she gives to me. UWM employees are the best! Melissa

Jennifer is a Mortgage Rock Goddess. She goes way above and beyond what any AE I have ever worked with anywhere. She is Kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She is the Full Package. A loan Originators Dream AE.
Jennifer is always a great help with keeping me posted on UWM and industry updates. She is also a huge help with an issue arises with a file or questions. She always has the answer or searches to find the answers. She is one of the best AEs we have worked with at UWM and glad to have her as part of our team!
I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer! She makes MY job easier. She is super responsive and if she doesn't have answers she will find them. She is solution oriented, always available, and goes out of her way to make sure we have what we need. Give her all the money. I would say give her a promotion but I do not want another AE. 10 stars.

Jennifer is the best of the best! She is very knowledgable and hard working. I have never had an issue that Jennifer 1) could not help me with or 2) could not point me in the right direction. She never leaves us hanging and always get it done in a timely manner. I love working with Jennifer!

We enjoy working with Jennifer. She is careful to maintain close contact with us on files in process, questions we may have, and new business. She has a finesse in doing this as to always make us feel like she is responsive without totally smothering us -which has been the experience of some of our UWM AE's. We appreciate that more that can be written here!
Jennifer is one of the best A/E that I have worked with. She is always super helpful and very quick to respond. She is also super pleasant to talk to. I always look forward to her daily reminders on things needed for our files.

Jennifer Bettinger has been the MOST AMAZING account executive that I have worked with in 2.5 years. She is either available, quick to call back, has knowledge or seeks the answer with confidence and logic. She should train all AE's at UWM because she gets it Right Every Time! I can not say enough about this lady, she is such an asset that we have been able to send deals to UWM without a huge worry or concern that we are going to have issues and no one to help. Please don't take her away! Give the lady a pay increase!
This feedback is long overdue. Jennifer was assigned to our company a couple of months ago and right from the onset, she has been extremely pleasant to work with. Of course, she is very resourceful and competent but her willingness to assist, be caring and get the loans across the finish line is what sets her apart from her peers. I have been in the mortgage industry for nearly 30 years and got to know several account executives. UWM is a great company, no doubt, but it is only great as its people. Jen is definitely an asset to UWM and it has been a pleasure working with her. I am in the final innings of my mortgage career but reps like her give me motivation to originate more. I highly recommend working with her.
