Mrs. Tidwell has been on top of her game ever since i joined UWM, She always picks up the phone and sounds happy to hear from me no matter what time it is.... She brings knowledge/ patience and GREAT customer service. My business is on the go and as a Broker i need to always be one step ahead of the game and uwm/twanna have me covered. Many AE's in different companies take your call based on your volume, Not Twanna and the rest of the UWM cast as they make it a point to pick up your call at all times and if its after hours i have Twanna's cell phone lol. Rates and technology are also a plus, sometimes its hard to guide around the portal but Twanna can walk you through the steps patiently . Closing loans with UWM is a hack when other lenders are taking 2 months i can close one out in 11 days ( seriously) . Great company to be affiliated with and even though we are here to make money, Twanna and i feel like we go way back , she loves fishing with her husband on the weekends. ... her son just got married and also watches football from time to time.
