I have worked with Shon Washington for a little over a year. I really did not realize what an amazing person and executive that Shon is. I wish that I would of been aware of this earlier and I would have made a lot more money in 2018. One thing I love about Shon, is that if he does not know, he will never guess. He will find out the answer to your question quickly. He is honest and really tuned into mortgage lending. Thanks Shon. About UWM. Amazing company. When uploading a new conforming purchase loan, Shon went above and beyond to recognize that it may qualify for the Home Possible which had better pricing of about $1,000 and helped me win over the borrower. Teamwork makes the dream work. Thanks for putting together a great team!

Shon is by far one of the BEST AE's I have ever worked with. He is fast, courteous, very involved in all of my loans. He is a GREAT resource for me and always takes the time to help.
Timely, prompt and on top of the game. I enjoy working with you, would love a button on submissions that allows us to decipher if we need a phone call or not on submissions/uploads/approvals. We use Skype IM to communicate, that would be a good plat form to think about :)
