I have to say opening my own company and working with great Lenders like UWM brings great joy to my heart. The abilty to provide the first class service to all clients is what we are about and clearly our partners are too. I recieved this e mail this morning from UWM thanking me for a piece of our business in May. As my fantastic rep Josh always says "I don't need all your business, just some" makes me realize that companies like UWM will treat your clients well and they will never take on business that they are not GREAT at. Three fantastic examples of how great they really are: 1) all 7 closings with them occurred in 21 days or less 2) A client was referred to me from an Attorney I have known for over 10yrs due to the fact that their previous Lender totally dropped the ball. We took the application in person and was clear to close 10days later. Saved them 15k from a deposit they were going to lose, if they didnt get done in 2 weeks. Clients were extatic and moved into their home this ... past weekend. 3) All 7 closings with UWM the clients stated this was the greatest Mortgage experience they have ever been through.
