As a recent former AE for another lender that has decided to transition back into the loan officer role my expectations are high, and James has met and far exceeded what I could have looked for in an AE. He works tirelessly to make sure the needs of his clients are met and that the borrower gets the best experience possible. UWM's entire staff, training and assistance are bar none in the industry. I have spent the past 6 years selling against them as a competitor and with my now first-hand experience I can see why so many loan officers make UWM their first choice as a lender. Thank you for providing us with such talent in your staff and a wide array of programs. I will definitely be using UWM going forward.
Because of what James is doing and the way he is on top of everything and helps me get files close as fast as possible, combined with the awesome power of UWM behind him, I've planned on a marketing budget that I will spend every month and increase as time goes on so I can get to the level I have envisioned. James is great! He is always there when I need him. If he doesn't know the answer to my many questions, he will find the answer for me. He is always checking in, and always has a positive attitude, which I imagine could be difficult in this industry as an AE. He is exited about UWM, you feel his excitement, and I truly believe he is an all-around good guy :)
First, let me start by saying multiple AEs had tried to get me to onboard with UWM over the past few years. I am grateful that I finally did so with James Anderson as my AE. He helped make the transition easy and my business has benefitted immensely. We are much more efficient and have won over new clients and referral partners. James is always available to take my calls, questions, and loan scenarios. He is incredibly patient with my father who is also a broker and takes time to assist.
