Todd is the Best AE a Mortgage company can ask for. He is quick to respond. He treats like you're part of the family and not just another dollar sign. He will go the extra mile in everything he does! Amazing guy to have on your team!!

Todd is highly responsive and is an excellent resource. Our office enjoys working with him and I strongly recommend him! The only negative is that he is a Pistons fan #GoldenState.

Todd is wonderful to work with and is my #1 account representative. He's friendly, helpful, knows the u/w guidelines, double-checks when he's not 100% sure, calls back right away, is a pleasure to speak with, is always upbeat, and goes out of his way to make the loans go smoother and faster. Todd is simply awesome. He is always there for us and listens to me vent, haha! He can almost always answer my questions and if he isn't 100% sure, he will find out for me.

Our loan processor is on vacation so I had to complete a few tasks within the portal that I was unfamiliar with. They were not very difficult tasks but Todd still took the time to setup a screen share and walk me through every step. I appreciate the extra attention and help.

Todd is a GREAT AE, I love that he is available for phone calls for us early birds that are here before the sun comes out. He attacks every loan head on and makes sure the process is as smooth as possible. Thanks Todd :)

Todd is probably the only reason why I do business with UWM. He's very easy going easy to talk to and for the most part knowledgeable as most rep can be. If he doesn't know the answer he will find out for me. UWM have the right of first refusal on all my loans. As much as I love it if your company can be everything to everyone, your working model is to stick at what you are good at and that's a plus. I hope this relationship can expand and grows as my company grows.
