James Raetz is the best in the business and I have been originating loans for 14 years now. He is knowledgeable and very responsive. Quick response is huge in my opinion even if just acknowledging a question until you can obtain the information for the client. His team is amazing to work with Steven Petersen and Chelsea Wydick are very responsive and answer my questions or address concerns quickly. I couldn't ask for a better team.
