Write A ReviewI've been in the industry since 1995 and I can honestly say that Louie is one of the best reps I have EVER worked with and I have worked with some great ones. He ALWAYS returns phone calls and has even reached out to me on days off or after hours with his cell phone. He knows his trade and company tools. If it is an area he can't handle, he doesn't just point to the next person or team and send us to a dark hole. He actually follows up. As we have talked about different glitches in the system or expressed ideas that would make things go more smoothly, he has directed us to the "brilliant ideas" portal. We have actually had some of our ideas implemented. UWM obviously strives to provide a culture where its customer's feedback is heard, recognized, and acted on. Louie does a great job in representing that culture. It's pretty amazing and impressive. What an honor to work with such a great organization and rep. Thank you Louie for always taking such good care of us!
Louie is by far one of the best AE's I have had the pleasure of working with and I have been in the industry for 25+ years. He is always so polite, professional, knowledgeable and eager to help us better help our borrowers. He is a great asset to UWM! I would have hired him to work in our office in a heartbeat-if he lived nearby!

I have been in the industry for over 20 years and have worked with a lot of AE's, but Louie is by far one of the best AE to work with. Not only is he very knowledgeable on all UWM products, he goes above and beyond. He is an incredible person that takes his time to help with anything we need. He also takes the time get to know us on a personal level that helps to build a great trust and relationship. His professionalism and dedication to being there for us is what sets him apart from other AE's we work with. I would not want to work with any other AE at UWM. I wish there were more of him to go around to other lenders so we could have the same level of service that we have at UWM with Louie. You are blessed to have him at UWM and WE are lucky to have him as our AE.
Louie is absolutely the most helpful and knowledgeable AE I work with. I've been doing mortgages for over 45 years and can honestly say it is true. He always returns my calls even on a Friday evening on his way home. He always follows up to check and see if we need anything. He has the upmost respect and courtesy.
Now I understand what AE means. Louie helps me every step that I need. He always checks on me to see if I need help. He always has the most positive attitude. He is not only the BEST AE but an amazing human being!!!
Louie is absolutely the most helpful AE in the industry. I've been doing mortgages for over 40+ years and can honestly say that. Most AE's just want your business and then don't return your calls when you need them. Louie is the complete opposite. He always returns my calls and is always very helpful and knowledgeable. I don't even want to do business elsewhere but sometimes I have no choice. Wish I could clone Louie to some of the "other" lenders

Louie is very helpful everytime I speak with him. He has helped me a lot with proper loan submissions. He has helped me even though it is after his normal work schedule. I feel he goes out of his way to assure I do my submissions correctly. I am very happy he is my AE.
