I want to express my sincere gratitude for my amazing AE. Tito has gone through extreme lengths to provide support and encouragement to me. Even during after hours, he still manages to pick up his phone and return all my texts. I have so much comfort knowing he is always available to help me and guide me to provide excellent service to my clients. I want to share a specific situation that happened with my clients. My first-time home buyers almost went to Rocket. I explained to the clients and the realtor that UWM's rate and closing costs were lower, however, they were STILL hesitant. It was after 10pm and Tito immediately jumped on a call with me and the realtor to explain all the benefits of choosing UWM. He even went a step further to explain that the buyers could use the leftover excess seller concession for temp buy down. The realtor was in awe of his expertise and professionalism. The care that Tito and I provided left the realtor with so much peace and confidence because ... we are truly looking out for the best interest of her clients. She has been a realtor for 4 years and has never spoke with an AE directly. This speaks volumes when it comes to Tito. He is always quick to be in my corner so that I may succeed in helping my buyers. With Tito's help, I have gained that realtor's trust. I will be the loan originator she will refer her clients to going forward. The clients are completely thankful and pleased to be working with me. Hey Tito, I want to write about my experience at UWM for w/e 10/14. This is my first time visiting UWM campus. The energy and the knowledge were to the roof from the time I enter the UWM building on 10/10 to the time I departed on 10/13. The value of visiting different people at their desks was extremely beneficial to hear it from the experts and I want to thank you for having the time to do that. Many leaders / managers from different departments take time out of their busy schedules to share ideas and offering themselves to help at my class. I loved the experience of the sales huddles, the structure of the place and the environment. I would recommend UWM to anyone based on a positive experience I had with the visit.

I and two of my two team members attended Success Track last week. It was my first trip, and what an incredible experience it was. The campus is beautiful, the organization is impressive, and all the people we met were so friendly and forthcoming with information. Thank you for allowing us to experience it. But I particularly want to thank our AE Tito. The hospitality and kindness he showed us is beyond anything I would have expected. On top of that, he's an amazing advocate for UWM - and I don't mean that in a bad way. Tito really knows how UWM's processes and tools can positively affect our borrowers' experience with us, and he helps us understand and apply them in ways we might not have considered.

Tito went above and beyond where any AE should have to go in order to help me close my loan. We were informed 36 hours before closing about a major change in the loan process. Instead of panicking he jumped straight to problem solving mode. He helped walk me through the different processes in order to get changes made to the loan that was already in CTC. He also helped put me in contact with users who could help me in areas where he could not. He stayed positive the whole time even while arriving to work early, staying late, he was always a phone call away, and provided constant updates which led to a very happy buyer even with all the last-minute issues. The buyer ended up giving a glowing review of me to my manager which would not have been possible without all the work behind the scenes Tito did. If this scenario happened with any other AE I truly don’t believe we would have closed on the scheduled date which would have resulted in a poor buyer’s experience or could have led to the seller’s ... pulling out of the deal. more

Tito is a great AE! Before he became our AE, I saw him get recognized in one of the Sales Huddles. So when he called to introduce himself, I was already excited to work with him. He's one of the thousands of employees recognized. He is very knowledgeable, and if he doesn't know the answer he knows who to ask. Always helping us find answers to our questions. He was very encouraging and helped us attend Success Track. I have gone several times and have learned so much. He calls on a regular basis to check on how we're doing and he's always so helpful, finding solutions to obstacles we run into.
