I would give Jamie Bihnam more than 5 stars if I had that option! Jamie is definitely on top of his game at his job. I'm not just going to say he is excellent - I'm going to tell you why. He always reaches out to let me know of the new products, upcoming changes etc. in the company. While he always sends us emails of new features, I don't always get a chance to review them or sometimes even understand them. The difference with Jamie and other lenders we use is that he is very tenacious in reaching out to me with phone calls. Although sometimes I take a bit to return them (my bad) he still is persistent in getting in touch with me. I've gained clients just from his calls introducing a new product to me such as 3% down purchase and minutes later it gets me thinking that I have the client for it. I am still a little producer (part time) in a big pool yet he treats me as if I am a big producer and never gives up on me. He has always gone the extra mile to spend time guiding me through ... things such as marketing toolbox to improve my game to realtors etc. He is extremely knowledgeable on the products his company offers along with an exemplary customer service that is the best I’ve experienced in the industry. While UWM is a large company, I admire Jamie’s commitment to me even though I’m just a “little guy”. When I was sick with health issues, I took a hiatus from my job and Jamie was kind enough to send me a tea floral arrangement even though I produce very little loans for his team. Before the rates went up, I used to compete on being the lowest rate provider and was very busy. After the rates shot up, my business slowed down tremendously.
