This review about my AE Dominique Ware has been long overdue! He is a tremendous asset to UWM and has been so valuable and helpful in helping me grow as a solo broker owner as I'm a rookie in the biz just starting out. He is personable, patient, so knowledgeable and quick to research or send me info & links to subjects I have questions on. He is always very responsive to whatever questions I have whether it be via a phone call, email or text. He even responds to me on the weekends on multiple occasions (and Sunday's) which I don't expect from an AE but of course it is really appreciated! I feel that he and I really connect & we've grown our relationship into a friendship since I've signed up with UWM. I'm happy that he is my AE and we are on this journey of my growth together! I enjoy everything about UWM and every loan that qualifies with UWM I always send your folks' way because you folks are a true partner for the mortgage broker. Having the technology along with all of the educational ... tools and resources, and a team (underwriting, processor assist, closing...) along with a great AE makes it even more satisfying to send my business to UWM. UWM has the best system in place to allow a broker to do and control so much of their loans from generating docs to submission to closing and balancing with escrow - it's fantastic! I also know that Dominique Ware is a phenomenal AE who genuinely cares about his brokers and is with them every step of the way to help them grow. It's so important for any business model to have great partners / team members and I feel confident in my current & future successes working with Dominique Ware and UWM an my lender of choice. more

Dom is an amazing AE, in 19 years of being a mortgage broker i have never come across a more caring, knowledge AE. He is prompt , professional and understanding. Most of all he actually cares about my success. they rae person and just all around great guy GIVE THE MAN a raise!!
