Write A ReviewI was a retail Loan Officer for 30 years. I can underwrite, a loan manually. I can calculate APR manually. My background is packed with mortgage and real estate law. I keep up with the ever-changing guidelines. I now work for a Mortgage Broker. I am lost. If not for Debra Chaney working days, nights and weekends to help me, I would have to change direction to Retail again. She has taught me so much. She is always available. She will not let me close the zoom meetings until she feels comfortable that I understand. She has the same work ethic as I do. I am lucky to have Debra as my AE. Wow!! Thank you, Debra!!
