My AE is incredibly proactive, he’s always one step ahead. I recently reached out to see if UWM had trained AEs on the new condo guideline updates, as I’ve been asked to present this information to a group of realtors and was hoping to leverage UWM resources. Before I even sent my request, he had already distributed a detailed update to our team covering exactly what I needed. His ability to anticipate needs and stay ahead of the curve makes a huge difference, and I truly appreciate working with someone who operates with that level of initiative.

Lucas is the MAN. Whenever we have any issues he is always ready to jump in and help us take care of our loans. We all really appreciate his attitude and focus on getting it done!
