Anthony inherited us from another AE that was promoted, so initially, I was concerned about the change. Anthony very quickly made me comfortable. He is always attentive and jumps on any issues that may arise. We are a seasoned shop and he was very prepared for high level questions/comments/concerns that we had, as well as finding realistic resolution quickly and efficiently. I have been in mortgage lending since 1998. Back then account representatives really helped out and had control over some aspects of the loan process. That has not been the case for quite some time. The past few days however, Anthony with UWM did everything he could within his power AND also went above and beyond to ensure a purchase closing went off as planned.

I've worked in the industry for 33 years, and have owned my own company. Many of my transactions are complicated, involving self-employed borrowers, credit rescoring, and purchase loans. Anthony is the most responsive, and proactive AE's I have ever worked with. Many AE's can't actually push your file through or handle issues. Anthony does both and makes me look like a star to my agents and clients. Every purchase loan I do allows me to pick up a new agent. Anthony also helps his clients with marketing and to generate more income.

Anthony Namin is probably the most proactive AE I've ever met. He just seems to know when I need something. Other than the great company UWM is Anthony makes it greater.
