"THE BEST" senior I have talked to and have helped with since I started at UWM. His care and support are unparallel and I would not trade him for anyone else. He has contributed so much to my development and success in the industry.

In Mark's WELL-DESERVED absence, it showed me how important of a teammate he is to me and my company. I struggled quite frankly. He knows SO MUCH in regarding guidelines. These can be looked up, but he knows even more the UWM way. Bottom line, I realized more than ever Mark is why I am able to move loans seamlessly and quickly. He is the backbone for me and my company. I needed to share how much that matters in this business. I was an AE for almost 3 years with Countrywide. I would have been a millionaire if I was just HALF as good as Mark. Cheers!

Fridays in July are always busy, but Mark took extra time out of his day to make sure we got what we needed to get a file reviewed and cleared to close in time. I really appreciated him helping me with this! Earlier in the week he helped us with escalated closing conditions on another file that we needed assistance with. I am so thankful for him!

I have never left Mark a review so this is long overdue, but Mark has got to be the best AE we could have asked for. He is always available, and always has the right answer or suggestion. Seems as though he is equipped to handle literally any situation pertaining to a mortgage loan. My first trip to UWM helped me to get to know him a little better and he is a stand-up guy outside of work as well and made me feel comfortable throughout success track. You’re probably not surprised to hear that Mark Shkreli has been a tremendous asset to me since signing on with UWM late last year. Mark clearly has a ton of knowledge with loan origination and certainly within the UWM platform. Our A/E Mark Shkreli is very responsive, knowledgeable and professional! He was always on top of everything. Mark’s help in guiding us through our first loan with UWM was fantastic and we were able to get from submission to clear to close in just 9 days. Our turn time would have only been 6 days, but we had to wait for the prior mortgage company to pay the county taxes before pulling our payoff. Mark is patient, helpful and always available!

Mark has been my AE since September of this year. He is always eager to assist me with my loans at UWM, I have never had to disclose or close my loans as in Retail, this was done by various departments. It has been a learning experience for me, but Mark's patience and thorough understanding have helped me to navigate my way through the system. You never have to wonder about your loan as with UWM's system, you always know the status of your loan. Mark has been a tremendous help to me and I look forward to partnering with Mark and UWM for a long time.
