I appreciate Mark more than he will ever know! No matter how many times I call, he always has the patience to answer my questions and never lets a call go unanswered or not returned. I don't bother leaving a message because I know as soon as he is available he will call me back. He guides me, while also encouraging me and supporting me. He will dig into the guidelines for me whenever I am not sure about something. Mark has been my AE since September of this year. He is always eager to assist me with my loans at UWM, I have never had to disclose or close my loans as in Retail, this was done by various departments. It has been a learning experience for me, but Mark's patience and thorough understanding have helped me to navigate my way through the system.
