Vadim is one of the best AE's in the Country. I recently had a situation with a purchase file that had a change to agreed seller paid closing costs on the contract. The change happened after a wire was ordered, just before it was time to close, and the day before a lock expiration. Vadim helped listened to my concerns about making the needed deadlines and it made me look really good to my borrower when those deadlines were still met. He helped to make it happen. My borrower was very impressed, and gave me a purchase referral at closing.

Our Company recently partnered with UWM and Brenna Samander. It has been a great experience working with Brenna. This morning at 9:30 AM my Client went to Escrow to sign Loan Doc's. By 11:00 AM the loan had funded. I just completed my 44th year in this business and I worked in a very competitive part of Southern California. I have never experienced a loan funding this fast.
