Robert has been my Account Executive for almost a year. From day one he has been so nice, welcoming and helpful. He almost always answers the phone and if not he always returns calls. He will even help with urgent problems after hours. I am on the West coast so sometimes I have problems when it is late after 7 in MI and he is always so helpful. When I am freaking out over an issue with a loan he is always there to help and talk me down. I enjoy working with him and I have never had such a responsive, helpful and personable account executive. He is absolutely one of the best in the business!

Although I have not closed my first loan with his support, he was invaluable in assisting me or pointing me in the right direction. Currently I'm "at docs". As a former wholesale lender I appreciate his professionalism. He has been there when it counted. Good communicator.

Robert does a great job. He sticks to it. We had some issues with borrower paid items that are eligible to be paid /reimbursed by the seller concessions and there was a glitch in the system but he kept after it for a IT policy change. He also lobbied for transparency in the 4506t processing and now that's happening too! And just today he gave me a tip on a file that I was getting approve/ineligible to try it LP instead of DU. UWM & Robert are definitely part of my brokerage team!
