Can I give Charlie 10 stars? He's the best rep I've ever had and I've been doing this for 29 years. He's a huge asset to your company and I hope you recognize how much of an asset he is.

The bottom of the box says I only have 2000 characters to use...so I'll try and keep this short. Either we at Wasatch Peaks have been SUPER lucky, or you all just hire the very best people, because all of our AEs over the years have been great! But Charlie has really out-shined them all. I pride myself in knowing how to think outside the box when it comes to loan structures, but that does no good if you can't execute your plan. Charlie has been able to help me, SO many times, in getting a file to A/E when I thought it was going to be hopeless. And just today I realized, that even more important than fixing all my problems himself, he ALWAYS knows WHO can fix any problem I have! He helps with keeping me up to date on everything "UWM", making sure that I know what's there to help me, what I need to do reach another goal. He is a caring, knowledgeable, genuine and relatable person, who cares about his people and it shows, everyday. Thank you Charlie for all that you do!

Charles has been a wonderful AE for not only me but the company I work for. He has been really helpful in all questions I have had in regards to any loan products. He helped me win a huge deal just recently due to how well he knew the Jumbo products and was able to reassure that we would be able to get the loan closed in a timely matter compared to previous loans.
