I don't know what I would do without Terri? She always answers my calls, or calls me right back if she is busy. She has made the process of doing loans so easy with her hands on approach. No other Account Executive that I have dealt with actually goes into the file with the loan officer and guides them through the entire process, everytime and anytime I need help! When I found out my previous AE got promoted, I thought....Oh no, what am I going to do. He was so good and I was sure there was trouble ahead. But to my delight Terri was assigned as my AE and good got even better. She is amazing. Terri the best Account Rep out there, hands down! She is always so willing to help answer any questions I have. If she doesn't know the answer right off hand (which she usually does), she finds out the answer quick and gets right back to me! She is awesome at returning calls and emails very quickly! She even helped me on the weekend with a file to make sure it got done on time! She is seriously the BEST! I love working with her!

I wanted to make some comments about my account executive. Terri Smith. When we started working together about 1.5 years ago, she asked me what my goal was in closed loans. Coming off my best year I stated probably 4 or 5 a month. After talking about 5-10 minutes she mentioned I could probably do 7 or 8 closed loans a month. She is so positive and very intelligent, I thought, perhaps she is correct. Well 2020 number is around 150 closed loans around 12-13 a month. I had no idea what customer service was in lending until Terri started helping me and showing me how to work the UWM platform. Now I have 22 in the pipeline for Jan 2021. Terri works endlessly and I am so fortunate to have her on my team as well as Mat and all the UWM people. I send the vast majority of loans to UWM and will continue. One last thing about Terri Smith, she is very kind person that really cares about her clients.
